The client wanted a clean layout for an information packet for visiting fellows of the U.S. Department of State’s Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI). Requested information included biographies of each one of the fellows, a detailed daily agenda, an overview event calendar, and easy-to-read tables for transportation details.
One main benefit of the program is the networking possibilities it provides. When conversing with the client, we decided on the inclusion of headshots to accompany their biographies to help the fellows identify one another.
The number of pages was not an issue for printing and the finished product was made into a booklet for the fellows to reference during their stay. Multiple images and photographs were included in the final product that corresponded to daily cultural activities to help with cross-cultural communication.
I have redacted personal information for employees and program fellows that was included in the original file.
